Your data, your rights
If you completed an identity check through Eniyan, for your own account or because a platform that uses Eniyan asked you to, you can view, download or delete that data here, without going through the platform.
This page finds identity-check records by the email you used for the check. For anything else in your Eniyan account, email privacy@eniyantrust.com. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how we answer.
What does Eniyan hold?
- • Verification result (pass/fail, trust level)
- • The email you used and your platform user ID
- • A consent record showing when you agreed to the biometric check
- • Not stored by Eniyan: your photos, facial geometry or ID document images. Stripe Identity, which runs the check, holds those.
