Billing, plans & add-ons

Everything commercial lives on /dashboard/billing: your current subscription, the plan grid for each product, add-ons, and per-event usage rates. The numbers match the public pricing page exactly — the dashboard sells what the website sells.

Choosing your first plan

A fresh organization sees the heading Choose your first plan with a grid per product: Trust Layer — KYA Program comes first with the main platform plans, followed by Trust Transparency with the consumer-facing seal tiers. The Trust Layer tiers:

  • Personal — $20/mo. One dashboard user, 5 agents included, then $2/agent per month.
  • Team — $199/mo + $4/agent. 5 dashboard users; first 2 agent registrations free, then $15 each.
  • Business — $499/mo + $3/agent (marked Most Popular). 15 users; $10 per registration after the first 2 free.
  • Scale — $999/mo + $2/agent. 40 users; $7 per registration after the first 2 free.
  1. Pick a card — each shows the price, a Dashboard users seat count, and the feature list — and click Get started.
  2. Complete payment on the Stripe checkout page you’re sent to.
  3. Back on the billing page a green banner confirms the plan name plus “activated! Welcome to Eniyan.” (e.g. “Team activated! Welcome to Eniyan.”) — for Trust Layer plans it also carries an Enroll your first agent → link. Abandoning checkout instead shows Checkout canceled — no changes were made.

Free trials

Team includes a 30-day free trial and Personal a 14-day free trial — both listed on the plan card, and no monthly fee is charged until the trial ends. Meanwhile the Current Subscription panel shows a Trial status badge.

The Team Plan Perks callout

On the Team plan, a Team Plan Perks callout (“Included free with your Team plan”) tracks:

  • First 2 agent registrations FREE — with a live counter, from “2 free registrations remaining” down to Free registrations used.
  • 30-day free trial — showing Trial active — 30 days left, no charge yet while it runs, then Trial period ended.
  • Remaining free credits: Re-verifications, Reissues, and Badge calls.

Switching tiers

Products you own sit under Your plans (the rest under Explore other products). Your current tier is marked Enrolled; every other tier of that product shows a Switch button that runs the same Stripe checkout. When a higher tier exists, an amber callout — Ready to scale? Upgrade to Business on Team, always naming whichever tier is next up — previews its top three features with a matching Upgrade to Business → button. To update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel, click Open Billing Portal in the Manage your subscription card, or Manage in Stripe → on the subscription panel.

Add-ons

With a Trust Layer plan, the KYA Add-ons section offers the KYA Compliance Pack — live compliance PDFs, AI System Cards, scheduled exports, custom branding, and a 24-month archive — tiered to your plan: $49/mo on Team, $99/mo on Business, $199/mo on Scale. Click Add to plan → to activate (the card gains an Active badge) or Cancel add-on to drop it.

A separate Consumer Delegation add-ons section lists three toggles, each marked Early access with no charge yet: Delegation view links (consumer-facing transparency links), the Capital markets pack (also unlocks the enterprise trading environment), and the Healthcare pack — with the same Add to plan → / Cancel add-on buttons.

Usage pricing

The Usage Pricing section lists per-event rates. ID-verification checks — the optional operator upgrade to STRONG/ENHANCED trust — bill per check: $4.50 on Starter, $4.00 on Growth, $3.50 on Scale, your row marked ● your plan. Re-verifications (document expiry, operator request, fraud signal) are priced identically — one price per check, always. Under Metered Fees: Badge verification at $0.10 and Credential share at $0.75.
