Getting started with PACH 1

PACH 1, the Personal Agent Control Hub, is Eniyan for one person: any email, one seat, and every agent you run answering to you. Create your account, confirm your email, start the free trial, and enroll your first agent. No card is needed to sign up.

Create your account

  1. Go to /signup and pick PACH 1 (Personal · any email). Any regular email works; disposable providers are blocked. The Start a free trial button on the home page opens sign-up with PACH 1 already picked.
  2. Fill in Account name and Email. Job title and phone are optional.
  3. Choose a Password — minimum 12 characters, with an uppercase letter, a digit, and a special character — then press Create account →.

Verify your email

After signup you land on the Confirm your email screen. Click the link we sent to your inbox; on success the page shows Email verified with a Go to dashboard → button. This is a hard gate: the dashboard and API key creation stay locked until your email is confirmed. No message? Use Resend verification email; an already-used link shows Link expired or invalid.

Start your free trial

PACH 1 is $20/month with 5 agents included, then $2 per agent per month, and it starts with a 14-day free trial. Enrolling an agent needs the trial (or the plan) to be running, so start it first:

  1. On the dashboard home, the Activate your platform card has a Start your 14-day free trial button. It opens the PACH 1 checkout directly. (The same plan is the PACH 1 card under Billing & Plan, at /dashboard/billing.)
  2. Add a card on the Stripe checkout page. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Open Billing Portal on the billing page.
  3. Back in the dashboard, the card counts down your trial days and your plan shows a Trial badge. You can now enroll agents.

Your operator credential

Every agent answers to a named person, and on PACH 1 that person is you. There is no colleague to vouch for you, so your operator credential is created automatically from your verified email and shows on /dashboard/operators as Self-attested · BASIC trust. If it hasn’t appeared, confirm your email via the Verify your email button, then sign out and back in. An optional government-ID check upgrades it to STRONG trust.

The Get Started checklist

The dashboard home (/dashboard) opens with a Get Started card: a progress bar plus your setup steps, each remaining step with a button that takes you to the right place. It starts with Take the guided tutorial, then Run your free agent assessment, Create your first API key, Become a verified operator (your self-attested credential, above), and Enroll your first agent. PACH 1 is a single seat, so there is no teammate step. Collapse tucks the card away; it disappears for good once every step is done.

  • Activity — Purchases (the approval inbox for your shopping agents) and the Audit Log.
  • Settings — API Keys, Billing & Plan, and Docs (your signed-in path back to these docs).
