Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026Version 2.0

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Eniyan, Inc. (“Eniyan,” “we” or “us”). Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

1.Purpose and scope

This policy describes uses of the Services that are not allowed. It applies to you, to everyone who uses your account, and to every Agent you register with, connect to, or govern through the Services. You are responsible for making sure your users and your Agents follow it, including when an Agent acts on its own.

The examples below are not a complete list. If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us first at legal@eniyantrust.com.

2.Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services, or allow your Agents to use them, to:

Break the law or deceive people

  • Engage in, promote or facilitate any illegal activity.
  • Commit fraud, run scams, or deceive anyone, including by making false or misleading statements about yourself, your organization or your Agents.
  • Impersonate any person, organization or Agent, or misrepresent who is accountable for an Agent.
  • Misrepresent a seal, its status or what it means, display a seal for an Agent it was not issued for, or keep displaying a seal after it has been suspended or revoked.

Break or get around security

  • Access, or try to access, any account, system, network or data without permission.
  • Bypass, disable, tamper with or interfere with any of our controls, including permissions, approvals, spending limits, stop switches, the Local Software’s gates or its sandbox, or any other person’s security measures.
  • Use credentials, keys or tokens that were not issued to you, or share yours with anyone who is not entitled to use them.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without our prior written permission (see section 3).

Harm the Services or other users

  • Overload, flood or disrupt the Services, or use them in a way that degrades them for others.
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest the Services or their data by automated means, except through our APIs and the Local Software used as the Documentation describes.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our hosted services, except to the extent the law allows despite this restriction. Your rights in the Local Software’s source code under its open-source license are not affected.
  • Upload, transmit or distribute malware, ransomware or any other harmful code.

Misuse communications

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or send messages that break anti-spam, telemarketing or electronic communications laws.
  • Harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone.

Violate privacy or collect data unlawfully

  • Collect, use or share personal data without the notices, consents or other legal basis the law requires.
  • Collect biometric data or other sensitive personal data, such as health, financial or government identification data, without the notice and consent the law requires.
  • Monitor employees, or process employee or human-resources data, in a way that breaks employment, labor or privacy law.
  • Use our consumer delegation features without obtaining the consents that the law and our Documentation require from the consumers involved.

Act beyond your authority

  • Use an Agent to make purchases, payments or other commitments that you, or the person the Agent acts for, are not entitled to make.
  • Use an Agent to act on behalf of another person or organization without their authorization.

Infringe rights or share harmful content

  • Infringe, misappropriate or violate anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Create, store or share content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We report such content to the appropriate authorities.
  • Promote violence, terrorism or self-harm.

Use the Services where they are not permitted

  • Use the Services for high-risk purposes, such as running critical infrastructure, medical diagnosis or treatment, emergency services or weapons, or any use where a failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical, environmental or financial harm.
  • Use the Services in violation of export control or sanctions laws, or for the benefit of any person or place subject to them.
  • Resell, sublicense or provide the Services to third parties as a service, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
  • Share an account or its seats beyond the limits of your plan, or use a Personal Account for more than one person.

3.Security research

We welcome reports of security issues. You may test the security of the Services only with our prior written permission and within the limits we set. Please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@eniyantrust.com and see our security page for how to do so. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, do not disrupt the Services, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you disclose it to anyone else.

4.Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation of this policy. If we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may, without liability to you and with notice where practicable: remove or disable content or features; stop or suspend Agents or credentials; suspend or terminate your account under the Terms; and report the matter to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities and cooperate with them.

We are not obliged to monitor how the Services are used, and our not acting on a violation does not waive our right to act on it, or on any other violation, later.

5.Reporting abuse

If you believe someone, or an Agent, is using the Services in a way that breaks this policy, tell us at legal@eniyantrust.com. Include as much detail as you can, such as the account, Agent or seal involved and what happened.

6.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you in advance as described in the Terms.
