Frequently asked questions
Does this require the EU AI Act?
No. The Compliance Pack works for any Trust Layer customer — EU AI Act compliance is one use case. Security audits, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and board governance are equally common reasons to use it.
Can I white-label the PDFs with our logo?
Yes, on Growth and Scale tiers. Upload your company logo in the Compliance Pack settings and it appears on every generated PDF. Enterprise customers can additionally customize the cover page.
What file formats are included?
PDF is the primary format for all exports. Bulk fleet exports are delivered as a ZIP of individual PDFs. CSV export of the risk registry is available from the dashboard separately.
How often can I export?
Manually: unlimited, anytime. Scheduled: monthly on Growth, monthly and quarterly on Scale. All exports are stored in your 24-month archive (Scale) or available for immediate re-download.
What's included vs. the base Trust Layer plan?
The base Trust Layer plan includes the KYA registry and manual AI System Card downloads per agent. The Compliance Pack adds: live full-fleet PDF export, org branding, scheduled delivery, bulk ZIP, and the compliance archive. These are genuinely new capabilities — we haven't removed anything from the base plan.
