Sub-processors
A sub-processor is a third-party company that Eniyan, Inc. engages to process personal data on our customers’ behalf as part of providing the Services. Each one is bound by a written agreement that limits its use of the data to providing services to us and requires protections at least as strong as those in our Data Processing Agreement.

Our Local Software runs on your own devices and sends us only limited metadata, so most of what your Agents touch never reaches us or any sub-processor. See our Privacy Policy for details.
2.Changes to this list
Before we add or replace a sub-processor that will process customer personal data, we update this page. Organization Account customers who ask to be notified receive at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change takes effect, and may object as described in the Data Processing Agreement. To subscribe, email legal@eniyantrust.com or privacy@eniyantrust.com from an administrator address on your account.
